As the youngest sibling, The Gourmet’s Galley was central to my childhood and adolescence. More than just an after-school job, it ignited my passion for great food and the creativity behind it. Though our family business eventually divided those who worked so tirelessly for its preservation, it still inspires my present and future culinary adventures.
